Description
"Like, what was that all about?" she said, adjusting her glasses. "Did I take these off again? Maybe that's why my head felt all fluzzy!"
Despite her speech patterns and absent-mindedness, Angela was a superb student. At least that's how she remembered it, not that she was remembering much of anything at the moment. She looked around the archives, trying to get some sort of clue of what led her down there, but was coming up short. Sighing, she tied her hair up in a loose bun, and scooped up her books, clutching them to her favorite sweater vest.
"Geez, what the heck am I doing in the archives? The regular library has all the stuff I needed for-- OMIGOSH! I was suppoed to meet Shelley to study for the big test tomorrow!"
She clopped out of the room as quickly and daintily as simultaneously possible.

Turns out she IS a great student, but too many think it's because of her looks. When some students approached to find out what was going on, they learned her secret. Those who were open to the idea one doesn't have to choose between brains, beauty, OR heart, got to join in on the fun. Those who weren't so open-minded, became jealous and their own undoing. Those who were open-minded, but didn't want to physically change and were kind, Angela treated them like BFFs.
