This was done for a friend's sketchbook of various Batman characters. My job was to replace another Harley Quinn drawing that had gone horribly wrong. She's one of my favorite characters, so I jumped at the chance. Not that he was going to give me much choice in the matter. I'm usually never satisfied to draw just the character, so I gave her a little something to do.

Originally, I wanted to have a picture of the Joker on a mantle behind her. The Joker, of course, would look very reluctant to have his picture taken. But then, why would the security guard be there? She dragged that huge sack of money and a security guard all the way home? I don't get it. Besides, I was asked to draw Harley, not Harley and the Joker.

This was colored with watercolor pencils, but I still consider it a drawing.
