Paper Fiona by Mr-DNA Paper Fiona by Mr-DNA
This was a Christmas present for a co-worker, who is also a big Adventure Time fan. Hopefully, this will make that extra couple of weeks' wait for the second Fiona and Cake episode a little more bearable.

I made this with exactly nine pieces of matboard, eleven counting the background. Try to guess what's what! I'll give you a hint: I used a razor to carve a line between her legs, so the legs are not separate pieces.

Fiona © Pen Ward, or maybe Nat.

Well, as sharp as I could get by hacking away at matboard with a utility knife.

Well I was more speaking of the cleanness and smoothness of the lines. looking sharp, y'know.

And I'm just saying how I use anything but precision tools to achieve that level of sharpness.

It's extremely delayed ADVENTURE TIME!!

Sorry it takes me one-and-a-half years to do the most basic call-and-response.

this is very cool :D

my guess for peices: Hat, hair, head, neck/arms, shirt, skirt, legs, socks, and shoes. the extra to for background are the little platform shes on and well the background.

You're very close, but this was kind of a trick question unless you know that most matboard has a color on top and a 4-ply white core. The pieces are:

•Hood
•Hair (color layer only)
•Head
•A single piece for the neck, arms, & legs
•Shirt
•Skirt
•A single piece for the socks and shoes (color peeled off for socks, lines drawn in pen)
•Two small pieces for the backpack straps (color layer only)
