This is a sketch card donation for inkwell awards. I definitely went a more traditional route than my previous Ivy from a few years back. I had fun coloring this one as well. Colored outline is something I want to experiment with more. (Done in Prismacolor markers, .5mm Prismacolor pens for outline.)
I did this today at the New England Comic Con. Sadly, it's just about all I did. For the first time in roughly three years of sitting in various Artist's Alleys, I left a little bit early. But I did this, so it wasn't a total bust. Even if I did it for free.

It was at the Radisson on Stuart St. in Boston. That show is supposed to happen about six times in 2010. We'll see. Hopefully, there will be a bigger turnout the next six times.
The Boston Comic Con at the Back Bay Events Center is coming up (Oct 24-25). That's a good one to check out.
