It's Squirrel Girl again, this time with a veritable cascade of squirrels! I did this one a few months ago, and just now decided to scan and submit it. I was experimenting with color, and it had... well, varying levels of success. The foreground and background are pretty much two completely different drawings/paintings, but that's what experiments are for, right?

And with God as my witness, I will never draw the official, Marvel-designed Squirrel Girl costume.

Sure is. Originally, I was just going to do some cartton dust cloud and only draw a few squirrels. Then I was like, "That's bullshit. I owe it to myself --and my audience-- to draw many squirrels!"

Yeah, that's the one. I don't like it. Although, I wonder if I was too hasty with my words. Now I'll always wonder if I should draw that costume, just to see how it'd come out if I gave it a go. But I said "never," and God was my witness. So if I draw it, I'm screwed.
