Some kind of magic was working its way into Angela, but it was different from anything she'd ever felt before. She felt more in tune with the Earth, or whatever Underborough is. Her clothes, once factory-made and teeming with synthetic textiles, were turning into skins and natural fibers. Her chemical eyeshadow was spreading across her face, changing into some kind of face paint.
Whether or not this new sensation was making her more powerful, Angela couldn't say. But she liked it.
(1.) The magic continued to grow within her, making her a wise shaman.
(2.) The magic grew darker, making her a voodoo priestess.

Ahh yes, this path and the branches that will split from it will indeed be quite interesting, I did call it as being shamanistic from the title and thumbnail.
