As Angela's brain grew, her mind expanded beyond the confines of her enormous skull, and even beyond the confines of her own senses. On her forehead, a third eye opened. Angela concentrated and folded her legs, remaining perched in a midair lotus position. As she hovered above the floor of the archives, she smiled to herself. By reading a single spell from a book, she would now be able to read thoughts.
How ironic, she thought. Wait, is that irony or isn't it?
Angela floated towards the stairs, hoping to come within close enough proximity to a linguist in hopes of confirming or disconfriming the irony of her statement. Then the real fun could begin!
