Angela's rigid skin was turning to stone! She could feel the weight on the back of her head as her hair followed suit. Ever her clothes were turning to stone! She tried to examine her arm. It moved slowly, accompanied by a scraping sound that made her stone teeth chatter. She saw that her sleeve and her arm were now a single piece! She looked down at the rest of the changes, being mindful not to chip her long hair against her back.
(1.) Suddenly, she felt something balancing on her head!
